Taylor Swift made two donations worth a total of $100,000 to GoFundMe for the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan – who was killed in the mass shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory parade yesterday. 14.2.

Lopez-Galvan, a beloved DJ in Kansas City (USA), was celebrating a Kansas City Chiefs victory with her husband, son and daughter when she was shot and killed. Twenty-two other people, including children at the parade, were injured.
Taylor Swift’s representative confirmed to CNN that she donated the above amount. The initial goal of the GoFundMe fund is to raise $75,000 to financially support the Lopez-Galvan family after the tragedy. As of the morning of February 16, more than 182,000 USD had been donated.
Taylor Swift previously donated to charity for the victims of the shooting in March 2018. She wrote on Instagram at the time: “No one should have to go to school, nightclubs or concerts, or movie theaters without fear of gun violence. Lisa’s brother, Beto Lopez, told CNN’s Anderson Cooper on February 15: “Unfortunately, we have tragic situations like this happen too often and a lot of times some individuals get lost. and commit crimes. Lisa has done so much for this community and Kansas City, raising money for many events and charities. That is something we will always be proud of.”
